These are my final images for my project on migration.
This first image is of a conductor on a train taken early one morning.
This image was of a passenger who was sitting on the seat in front of me on the same train as the conductor. He gave me his permission to take his photo and post it as part of my blog. He was only on the train for 2 stops.
I started talking to this passenger on the train but after a while he fell asleep. I saw this as the perfect opportunity to take his photo.
Me, this person and another passenger were having a discussion about migration since I was explaining the reason behind my project.
Whilst in London I took the opportunity to travel on the tube to see whether there is much difference between the tube and a normal train. This passenger and her 3 friends were French and on their way back to France .
I found the lighting on the tube surprisingly good for taking photos.
The tube is surprisingly quiet and many people don’t talk or even make eye contact with one another. Everyone keeps to themselves.
At Kings Cross station many people stand in the same area looking up to the board which has all the train information on it. Such as these two people here.
The lady here was receiving a call from her husband about what time to have dinner when she got back home.
